Return & Refund
Here at Celestial Kitten, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders. However, if this is not the case:
• You have 7 days to request a refund/exchange and the return must be received by us within 10 days .
• Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and return/exchange request.
• All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging it came in.
• Once we have received the product, please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same method that the order was paid with.
• Earring and piercing items along with postage are non-refundable.
• All returns must include a note of the order number or refund will be delayed as we won’t know where it has come from.
• All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. However, if for any reason your items are faulty, or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via email.
• We allow 15 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item.
Return & Refund Policy
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with us @ 09643005914
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Please Read: After Celestial Kitten ships an item it is handled by Aramex(cod)/ Bluedart(pre-paid) , it is no longer our responsibility or liability. Also no responsibility for the loss of a parcel due to incorrect address details provided to us by the customer. We will not refund nor resend an item if this is the case so please double check postage address.
Conditions for return:
• Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
• Products/Items should be UNUSED.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
• Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
• For COD, we will send a refund in terms of store credit.
